This is an application to discharge Condition 3 relating to application 11/01553/F for Registered Building Consent for the demolition and removal of existing garage and workshop at 25 Mines Road, Laxey, IM4 7NH.

No demolition works hereby approved shall commence until a contract for the redevelopment of the site, in accordance with Planning Permission 11/01129/B, has been signed and a copy of the contract has been lodged with and receipt acknowledged in writing by the Planning Authority.
The applicant submits a letter dated 5th July 2012 forming a contract for the construction of the new build at the above address. This information is considered sufficient to discharge Condition 3 of application 11/01553/F above.
