On 31st December 2012, and in pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order, the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE planning application 12/00944/GB by Cable And Wireless for the removal of four decorative block work panels and the installation of GRP decorative panels (In association with 12/00945/CON) at All Saints Church Alexander Drive Douglas Isle of Man IM2 3QH subject to compliance with the following conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of GRP panels as shown in drawing numbers HLK/11/0381/1a, HLK/11/0381/2 and HLK/11/0381/3 date stamped 28th June 2012, Supporting Statement from Cable and Wireless date stamped 28th June 2012 and Additional Information from Cable and Wireless date stamped 8th October 2012
- Prior to the installation of the GRP Panels, a detailed plan showing the blockwork detail on the face of the panel and a cross-section of the panel showing the depth of the panel must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority; and thereafter the panels must be constructed in accordance with the approved plans.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee in accordance with the authority delegated to it.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, are available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
If no appeal is lodged within 21 days of the date of issue overleaf, and this decision becomes final, the Department’s public reference copy (counter copy) of the planning application may be collected by the applicant or their agent from Murray House.
Please note that if the counter copy of the application is not collected within THIRTY DAYS following the last date on which a planning appeal can be made it will be destroyed without further notice.
