The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. 2. This permission relates to the installation of GRP panels as shown in drawing numbers HLK/11/0381/1a, HLK/11/0381/2 and HLK/11/0381/3 date stamped 28th June 2012, Supporting Statement from Cable and Wireless date stamped 28th June 2012 and Additional Information from Cable and Wireless date stamped 8th October 2012 3. Prior to the installation of the GRP Panels, a detailed plan showing the blockwork detail on the face of the panel and a cross-section of the panel showing the depth of the panel must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority; and thereafter the panels must be constructed in accordance with the approved plans.
