Conditions requested: The proposed extension must be drained, in accordance with the requirements of the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority.; The soakaway must comply with Part H of the Building Regulation.; A necessary percolation test must be undertaken and witnessed by Douglas Corporation Building Control Officer to determine ground suitability.; If ground conditions are not suitable, then the applicant will be required to contact the Borough of Douglas Drainage Section to discuss the matter further. The method of surface water disposal must then be agreed with the Borough of Douglas Drainage Department prior to commencement of work on site.; There must be NO discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Isle of Man Sewerage & Water Authority under the Sewerage Act 1999.; In the event that this application is approved I should be grateful if these comments could be incorporated in the approval notice.
