Planning Officer Levels Request

Graham, 21, Alberta Drive, Onchan, IM3 1LT. 30th November, 2010 Dear Mr. Graham, Re: PA 1699 – alterations to access and formation of hard standing and access road, field 434756, Ballamodha Straight, Malew I refer to the above application which is due to be considered on or after 16th December, 2010. I note that there is on the plans an area of "levelling" to form a hardstanding. Where it is proposed that existing levels are to be changed, we usually require existing and proposed levels to indicate by how much the existing level is to be changed. There is no information in the application in this respect so this aspect of the application cannot be assessed. I would be grateful if you could provide existing and proposed levels and an indication of the material to be used in the surface. The area is also quite large and it would be helpful if you could provide information to support such a large area of hardstanding, particularly as the only land associated with the application as submitted is the application field and the field to the north of the lane leading to Close Clark.
