Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the widening of the access, the creation of a hard cored track into the field and the leveling of the eastern side of the field, and the creation of hedging all as shown in drawings 01 and 02 received on 18th November, 2010, 03 received on 15th December, 2010 and 04 received on 21st December, 2010.
For clarification, no approval is hereby granted to the laying of any concrete nor to any resurfacing of the levelled, eastern part of the site nor to any change of use of the site from agricultural purposes or open space.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the MEA in respect of working practices around overhead electricity lines.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
