Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions

This is an application to discharge Condition 4 relating to application 10/01716/GB for Planning Approval for renovation works to office building (in association with Registered Building consent 10/01717/CON) Registered Building Nos. 102. That condition is as follows:

Prior to the commencement of works to the front porch, large scale (1:20) detail drawings of the proposed porch are to be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

The agent supplies Drawing Number IM1 120/01 entitled 'Porch Details' and 5 No. photos received on the 11th December 2013, which are considered sufficient to discharge this condition.
