Window details
The replacement windows must be in a pattern identical to the originals, in terms of opening, glazing pattern and framing material (i.e. painted timber, not stained, Sliding Sash). All details such as framing horns and any mouldings in the existing windows must be faithfully replicated.
Porch details approval
Prior to the commencement of works to the front porch, large scale (1:20) detail drawings of the proposed porch are to be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
