Thank you for your email
I can confirm that we have received your neighbours application but it has to be validated and put onto our system for assessment -
Until it is accorded a reference number I cannot process your support until the required procedures have been carried out
For the sake of your comment I will print off your email and place it with the paper application
Kind regards
Jo

Please take care before opening any attachments or following any links. Hi, I am aware has resubmitted planning permission regarding a change to the roof of the planned extension, from flat to pitched. From discussing it with him he assures me that this will have less impact on me than the initially approved flat roof. Therefore i have no objections to the change to the planning application.
Could you please pass this on to whome it may concern?
Many thanks
