THE INSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGE POINTS AS PART OF THE DOUGLAS PROMENADE REGENERATION PROGRAMME. THE CHARGE POINTS ARE VITAL FOR THE ELECTRIFICATION OF TRANSPORT IN ORDER MEET THE ISLANDS TARGET OF NET ZERO EMISSIONS BY 2050. 10. a) Please state the existing use of the site (e.g. residential, office, retail etc.) b) Please state the proposed use of the site. 11. THE PROPOSED CHARGE POINTS WILL BE INTRODUCED IN STAGES WHICH WILL BE DEPENDENT ON THE UPTAKE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES. INFRASRTUCTURE WILL BE INSTALLED BELOW GROUND DURING THE PROMENADE REGENERATION TO NEGATE THE REQUIREMENT FOR FUTURE CIVIL WORKS.
