FOR FAIRS, VENDORS WILL BE GIVEN STAGGERED TIME SLOTS TO SET UP, INCLUDING EVENING PRIOR, UNLOADING FROM THE PARKING SPOTS AT REAR OF BUILDING AND THEN PARKING AT THE AFOREMENTIONED CAR PARKS.
