In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Ballasalla Community Enterprises Proposal: Erection of two portable buildings and associated site works to be used as a community building at: Ballasalla Primary School Douglas Road Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 2LA
which was considered on 19th September 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of two portable buildings and associated site works to be used as a community building as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings SK 1, SK 2, SK3 and SK 4 received on 11th July 2011.
- This planning approval shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of erection of the temporary community building. After this time, unless permitted by any subsequent planning approval, the class room block must be removed from the application site and the site restored back to its original state.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
