It is usual when seeking a new Agricultural Building to provide justification for what would be a new building in the countryside, albeit adjacent to existing buildings. Whilst the Applicant states that it would be used for food and equipment, there is no indication of why the existing buildings would not be suitable or have insufficient capacity for thios purpose.

In view of this, the Commissioners cannot support the Application and would require the aforementioned additional information to form considered view.
