Policy allows new agricultural buildings in countryside where need outweighs general policy against development, sited close to existing groups, appropriate in scale, materials etc., sympathetic to landscape. Marown Parish Commissioners
ObjectionIt is usual when seeking a new Agricultural Building to provide justification for what would be a new building in the countryside; Whilst the Applicant states that it would be used for food and equipment, there is no indication of why the existing buildings would not be suitable or have insufficient capacity for this purpose; In view of this, the Commissioners cannot support the Application and would require the aforementioned additional information to form considered view
