Various Planning Applications were discussed by the Commissioners at their meeting on Monday last when it was resolved that NO OBJECTION would be would be made to the following:

• 19/01335 - Replacement Windows to front of St James' Chapelry, Niarbyl Rd, Dalby
• 19/01381 - Picnic Area and Pond on Agricultural Land at Ballacallin Court, Gordon
• 19/01386 - Information Board at perimeter of Foxdale Primary School
• 19/01441 - Replacement Dwelling at Ballacain Cottage, Lhagg Road, Dalby

As regards 19/01381, members are aware that the Applicant is the brother of a member of the Board. That member left the meeting whilst the matter was discussed and took no part in the discussion or the decision. The Commissioners trust that this is helpful.
