The Board of Port Erin Commissioners discussed the above application at its meeting on 10 December.

The Board has resolved to generally support the application, but it does have concerns over the appearance of an illuminated sign at this location.

Should permission be granted for an illuminated sign, then a condition should be considered that it should not be illuminated after 10pm each evening.
