I am currently looking at PA19/01236/B which is for the removal of Condition 4 of PA19/00117/B and I note that you put in representation on the application.

Reference PA19/01236/B which is for the removal of Condition 4 of PA19/00117/B
Duncox Hospitality Limited is the license holder for "The Front Porch" 15-17 Duke Street, Douglas.
Approval from the Licensing Court was given to allow the premises to have Music Singing and Dancing from 11am until 1am daily under section 28 Licensing Act 1995.
Therefore there are no objections from the Constabulary to remove Condition 4 of PA19/00117/B.
