You must provide details of any trees which are to be 'lopped' or 'felled' as a result of the proposal. 16. Is the proposed development within 9 metres of any watercourse (river, ditch or otherwise)? PRESENTLY THERE ARE 5 LED WALL LIGHTS FIXED TO THE CAR SHOWN FROM SHOWN ON PLAN AS NBS 1 - 5, WITH NBS 6 - 9 PROPOSED. A NEW LAMP POLE IS TO BE EXECTED, WITH 2 LED LIGHTS FACING THE SHOWN FROM. SEE LETTER FROM APPLICANT WHICH EXPLAINS LIGHTING UP TIMES.
