The minibuses would be parked on the site when not in
use providing local bus services or contract operations.
The application states that the vehicles would not be
maintained, cleaned or refuelled on the site.
The proposal would not change the existing site access
arrangements with the existing site access road via
Springfield Road/Heather Crescent being maintained as
at present.
There should be sufficient room on the site to
accommodate 6 parked minibuses so the proposal should
not create any new highway issues.
