The Peel Town Commissioners considered the following planning applications at their Committee meeting and they do not object to the proposals contained within these applications subject to any conditions stipulated below:

b. 18/00623/B Conversion of garage, extension and widening vehicular access at 1 Ballaterson Road, Peel
c. 18/00656/B Application for variation of condition 1 for planning approval 14/00066/GB at Cathedral Isle of Man, Derby Road, Peel (application and amended drawings)
d. 18/00661/B Replacement casement windows at 1 Stanley Mount, Peel
e. 18/00674/B Replacement doors at 24 Bridge Street, Peel
f. 18/00137/B Erection of a detached Office at Former Gasworks Office Mill Road, Peel
g. 18/00699/B Erection of extension at Toronto Vale, Tynwald Road, Peel
h. 18/00711/B Replacement garage door at White Lodge, Rheast Lane, Peel
i. 18/00715/B Replacement roof to annex at 24a Derby Road, Peel
The Commissioners object to Planning Application 18/00659/B Remove fake chimney at 2 Circular Road, Peel. The application will visibly change the nature of the existing gable end and the removal of the chimney feature, which is visible from Circular Road, will detract from the nature of the conservation area at this location.
