I have been a resident of Demesne Road in Douglas for many years (1983) and seen the creeping commercialisation of the lower end of this road, if this application is for the use of cars only then I have no objection.
If this application is for the storage of Plant Hire and Heavy Equipment then I wish to OBJECT most strongly. I do not want a Builders Storage Yard to be established in this residential area.
