The comment stated;
The practice of converting the whole of the front garden of properties into car parking areas is not a good one and should be discouraged. The presence of cars in front of properties not only affects the amenities of that property in terms of aspect but in the case of terraced properties also affects the view out of the windows of the adjoining two properties and so adversely affects the amenities of those properties by virtue of being forward of the building line.
In this case the rear lane is surfaced (and adopted ?) and from the site plan there appears to be enough room to park alongside the outlet in the rear yard.
