My ref: Yes I would like an answer to my question.
Dear Planning Secretary,
PA 18/00471/B; Erection of hut, positioning of portable cabins (both retrospective) and creation of a turning area.
This proposal describes the site as a "Country Park" yet I cannot find a record of the change of use, notwithstanding that by default it seems to have become one by accretion of other (relatively minor) developments. I think "Country Park" is not even in the IoM categories of land use. The application form states current use is "Agriculture/Tourism". Is this an approved use? I doubt it.
The proposed/retrospective structures are tacky and inappropriate in my opinion and do not enhance the countryside and will therefore be detrimental to tourism and local amenity.
Yours sincerely,
Geoffrey Clark
