The comment stated;
Firstly the property owner should be congratulated on wishing to replace the two incongruous basement windows. We understand there are sliding sash windows that by the flick of a lever both sashes form a single opening casement for emergency exit and cleaning - at other times they operate as individually sliding sash windows. This should be investigated and followed up. The property should be properly enhanced.
