Isle of Man Victorian Society
SupportFirstly the property owner should be congratulated on wishing to replace the two incongruous basement windows.; We understand there are sliding sash windows that by the flick of a lever both sashes form a single opening casement for emergency exit and cleaning - at other times they operate as individually sliding sash windows. This should be investigated and followed up.
Isle of Man Victorian Society
Conditional No ObjectionGiven the age of the property and the style of Georgian glazing bars - THE WINDOWS SHOULD NOT HAVE HORNS.; ANY APPROVAL GIVEN SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO A CONDITION EXCLUDING THE HORNS.
Conditions requested: ANY APPROVAL GIVEN SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO A CONDITION EXCLUDING THE HORNS.
