Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The site is not designated for development on the prevailing Area Plan and as such the proposal should be considered in respect of General Policy 3, Environment Policies 1 and 2, the Strategic Aim and Strategic Policies 1, 2 and 10, and Spatial Policies 2 - 5 inclusive. These policies presume against development in the countryside and it is considered that there is no justification for setting any of them aside.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
