Replacement of existing rear windows with black finish aluminium double doors at Cronk Aash, 15 First Avenue, Douglas was approved by delegated powers.

Approval in principle was granted for the use of a former swimming pool and associated area at Traie Menagh Pool, Traaie Meanagh Drive, Port Erin, as a scuba teaching facility. The decision was made by the Director of Planning under delegated powers in December 2003.
