Refurbishment of the existing spillway at Cringle Impounding Reservoir, Corlea Road, Ballasalla, involving reinforced concrete lining and minor wall raising, was approved by the Council of Ministers on 15th May 2023.

The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture proposed reinstatement works to The Swiss House in Glen Helen, St Johns, following fire damage, including replacement windows, balcony, roof, and associated works. The Council of Ministers approved the application on 23 March 2023.
