Advertisement consent was approved for installation of demarcation barriers with signage to enclose a small outdoor seating area outside the Artisan wine bar at 28 Victoria Street, Douglas. The Council of Ministers accepted the Inspector's recommendation on 20 December 2012, with the decision issued on 24 December 2012.
