Retrospective permission was sought for the erection of dog kennels and runs with an associated feed and equipment store at West Kella, Kella Road, Sulby, Ramsey. The Planning Committee approved the application on 3 February 2004.

The application proposed the erection of an agricultural store/stable in Field 122212, Andreas Road, St Judes, Ramsey. It was refused by the Planning Committee due to insufficient justification of need and excessive size relative to the land served.

Installation of two rooflights and an additional gable end window at 12 Park Road, Ramsey, as part of converting existing roof space into living accommodation. The application was approved by the Director of Planning using delegated powers.

Amendment to increase the size of an approved conservatory at Bali Ha'ih, May Hill, Ramsey was permitted by the Planning Committee on 1st September 2003.
