The existing lane running is accessed off Dreemskerry Hill and runs along the west side of the dwelling, parallel to the MER track. It is currently used as a secondary access for the property and surrounding wooded area for maintenance. The existing main vehicular access is poor in terms of gradient, width and visibility and therefore the proposed lane re purposing would serve as a safer alternative for the residents to use on a daily basis.
