ObjectionThe Board of Port Erin Commissioners considered the above application at its meeting held on 14 February 2023 and resolved to object to the proposals.; The Board is concerned with the massing of the proposed extension in proximity to the adjoining property. With the height of the proposed extension gable ridge being around twice the height of the boundary fence, it is felt this will have a significant negative impact on the adjoining property.
