Time limit of 32 months
The site sales board hereby approved shall be for a limited period of 32 months from the date of this approval and shall be removed from site at that time and the site restored to its former state. Reason: While the site sales board is reasonable, its impact on the character of the area and neighbouring amenities should be minimised by restrict the period of existence only to when the site sales board is necessary. Discussion with the applicant has confirmed that the site sales board would need to be removed once the new residential development start to be occupied, which is expected to be around two years. An extra half years is given as a buffer.
Illumination hours restriction
The illumination should only operate outside of 22:00-6:00. Reason: in the interest of neighbouring amenities, wildlife protection and preserving the character of the area.
