Further to your emails, see below information requested.
The proposed cabin is to consist of a sauna, office and Therapy room. This business is very important for the owner's mental well being.
The business involves:
1) InfraRed Sauna; 2) Soft Tissue Massage; 3) Chakra Balancing Therapy; 4) Zytoscan Balance; 5) Technology Scans.
Each of these sessions would take an hour each.
The business hours are flexible or whenever clients need to attend normally up to 3 sessions in one day.
Working hours:
Monday to Saturdays - 10am to 7pm
Sundays - Closed
Can take 2 people at a time in a Sauna and the massage would be just one person at a time. The operator will be in the Cabin for all of the sessions including the Sauna so even if there were 2 people in the Sauna the total people would be 3 in the cabin. For any other Therapy/Massage the owner will only have one person at a time so the total for any of these sessions would be 3 at the most. There is ample parking at the front of the bungalow so there wouldn't be an issue with parking. I hope that answers all the questions but if you need to know anything else then please let me know.

Further to our conversation today regarding your application for the proposed erection of Therapy room/Office/Sauna at Heather View? Nauvoo?
As you stated this is to be business use please can you provide a planning statement detailing the business type, hours of operation, how many clients to be on site at any one time, and any parking provisions for visiting clients. A new application form will need to be submitted to amend the description of the proposed development to include the intended use class type.
The application form details the address as Nauvoo, Vicarage Road but the Site plan is for Heather View. Please can you provide either an amended Site and Location plan with the property named as Nauvoo and official confirmation of the name change of the property OR on the amended application form, change the Site address details.
