We have made two previous planning applications for this site: one for a house and the second for additional storage space above the existing garage, both of which were rejected. The second application was lost and it took many months to obtain decisions. Given the extremely poor condition of the garage we decided to replace like for like and to add storage as once a car is parked in the garage there is not a lot of space for storage. We believed the shed was a permitted development, but have since been advised it requires planning permission. Previous rejected applications made reference to the trees, which were removed before we made the first planning application and for which we obtained permission (licence attached). We have also had water connected to the site by MUA and RGW Ltd.
The Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture (DEFA) is a controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and related legislation and requires the information supplied by this application in the public interest to comply with obligations under the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 and its subordinate Orders and Regulations.
Your personal information will be held by DEFA for the purposes of processing this application and to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Town & Country Planning Act 1999.
