From the Planning List 2 December 2022 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re- consultations, the following have highway related impacts and are subject to separate responses:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 22/01378/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01386/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01408/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01449/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that Highway Licences may be necessary for use of the highway for equipment and materials during construction. · 22/01451/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that a partial temporary closure of the Public Right of Way, No: 634 is necessary to facilitate the works and it is noted that contact with the DOI has been initiated over this matter. · 22/01479/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that Highway Licences may be necessary for use of the highway for equipment and materials during construction.
