No windows have keys so cannot be locked and many of the ground floor windows do not close shut which means they could be opened from the outside. The proposed windows will look extremely similar to the current UPVC windows. Due to being directly on the highway, the two ground floor windows (which are recessed back from the property wall) will have restrictors, so the windows do not open past the boundary of the property and onto the highway. The 3 first floor windows will open over the highway.
