From the Planning List 9 December 2022 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re- consultations, the following have highway related impacts and are subject to separate responses:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 22/01455/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to install bicycle parking storage to accommodate one space per bedroom and an electric vehicle charging point · 22/01456/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01459/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking in operational terms. Notwithstanding, the proposal is contrary to current policy for reuse of temporary car parks and not that special circumstances may apply. Should this not be the case, please re-consult. · 22/01463/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01467/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01469/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01473/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that Highway Licences may be necessary for use of the highway for equipment and materials during construction. · 22/01482/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The submitted Parking Statement makes a justified case. · 22/01488/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to extend the vehicular crossing to better align with the driveway widening to facilitate more convenient manoeuvring and less damage. To achieve will require a separate permission from Highway Services under a s109(A) Highways Agreement. · 22/01490/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01501/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
