Please take care before opening any attachments or following any links. Hi Vanessa Well thanks. There used to be a stable block in this field previously and the concrete slab is still in place. These fields are separated from the other fields you refer to by a lane and have always been separate. The fields would be let with the stable block and therefore needs to be separate from the existing stables as they are taken by the owner Garry Rawlins. The size of the new stables are dictated by the size of the existing concrete slab that shows what used to be on site. Having a standalone stable block with the fields is what is attractive to the people who would be letting them. I hope this helps. From: Porter, Vanessa [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, February 24, 2026 11:37 AM To: Mark Pearce [email protected] Subject: PA25/91138/B - Field No. 524034 Good Morning,
I hope you are well,
I am writing to you as the officer in charge of the above application,
With regards to the application I note that the site within the blue line and within the applicants ownership already includes a large stable block for 5 house as such, please can you provide details on why an additional stable block for 5 horses would be required, especially within this isolated position, with specific requirements on how many horses the applicant owns and why the existing stable block cannot be used for adding in additional stables.
Many Thanks
Nessy
