General Policy 2

Temporary period limit
The two signs hereby approved shall be for a limited period of 48 months from the date of this approval or until the last dwelling approved under PA 21/00278/B has been occupied, whichever is sooner, and shall be removed from site and the site restored to its former state (i.e. grass/as per landscaping conditions of PA 21/00278/B).
