Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the documents, roolight specifications and welsh slate details, which have all been recevied on 9th December 2025 and the email correspondence, which has been received on 22nd January 2026. NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents and after consultation with the Case Officer, which is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 2 and 3 of application 25/90904/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details, especially with the welsh slate details.
