From: Laird, Hamish To: Natalie Wiseman Cc: Singleton, Jason; Callow, Jo (DEFA) Subject: RE: Planning Application 22/01167/B Date: 19 July 2023 11:49:32 Thank you for your comments, Natalie. Much appreciated. I apologise for these errors on my part.
Unless there’s an update sheet which is circulated to Members, I shall report them to Members directly at the Meeting. They would then know the full details of the submission.
The Members should then be able to make their decision.
I shall liaise with my colleagues whom I have copied in on my reply.
Kind regards,
Hamish

Caution: This email is from an external sender. Please take care before opening any attachments or following any links. Good Morning Hamish – I have just received the notification for the planning committee meeting. The report seems very positive so hopefully the Planning Committee agree with your recommendation.
However I have noticed a couple of errors in the report:

the report. It may mislead the committee in to thinking we are linking the Big/Manor house with the barns? 3. The report states that the master bedroom extension will be finished in Brick. The submitted drawings (and detailed in the design statement) show it reflecting the link and the garden room with a stone plinth and timber cladding.
I’m not sure if this need altering before the committee meeting? I just don’t want it to hold up or delay and decisions being made.
Kind regards, Natalie
