THE PROPOSAL IS TO PROVIDE A SMALL LIVING ROOM AND EXTEND THE PROSE SMALL KITCHEN TO ALLOW FOR A DOUNSTAIRS TOILET AND LARGER WITH AN EXTRA BEDROOM AT FIRST FLOOR. AS SHOWN ON THE BLOCK PLAN, PARKING WILL STILL ALLOW FOR 2 CARS OFF ANAD.

Your application will be published via our viewing platforms as is required by statute. It will also be shared with DOI Highways, the Local Authority and (where relevant) Manx National Heritage.
