INTRODUCTION The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
PASS - relates to 25/90190/B and no other MCH application shave been received for this application.
PASS - relates to alterations to the decking
PASS - the applicant states the following regarding the minor change "Originally approved decking over view area 89m2 Lower decking set back off existing garden wall 1.850m in a straight run. New decking over view Area 84m2 21(2)(b) The application specifies why the applicant considers the minor changes to be of a minor nature PASS - the covering letter states, "After planning application 23/00240/B was approved, my clients obtained quotes for the work and unfortunately found it was far too expensive to construct. To make the project more affordable, they decided to reduce the scope of the work. They have refurbished the existing kitchen and seek permission for a minor amendment to the original application to construct a small single storey rear extension to form a dining room to compliment the refurbished kitchen. I have worked closely with the clients to try to keep the appearance of the house close to the original single storey kitchen building, using the same look and materials. The updated drawings included with this application show these minor changes."
