Upper Tier is now 5. 375m from Garden Wall and the Lower Tier is 2.855m away from the boundary. The Lower Tier is now on the garden wall, not set back. The removed area of decking will now be landscaped with planted shrubs providing additional screening to the neighbouring boundary. we would suggest that the new design enhances the neighbours privacy concerns and the reduction in the decking also aids this.
