Tel 685950 email [email protected] TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Stuart Keeler, Ref 25/10139/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 of PA 25/90708/B detailing surface material for access track at Longcroft Ramsey Road Peel Isle Of Man IM5 2AQ . Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the documents and drawing no. 04 Rev A, which has been received on 4th November 2025. NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 2 of application 25/90708/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
