Tel 685950 email [email protected] TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by STUART M STORIE, Ref 25/10133/AIR, for the Information in replation to Condition 5 for PA 25/90408/B detailing Tree Protection Plan at Lodge Cottage Ballavarry Farm Bernahara Road Andreas Isle Of Man IM7 3HH . Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the documents tree planting plan and tree protection plan, which have all been received on 20th October 2025. NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents and after consultation with DEFA Forestry, which is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 5 of application 25/90408/B , under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
