ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS: new garage walls to receive 20mm sand cement render
painted with minimum 3 coats of good quality masonry paint.
ROOF:new garage roof to receive natural grey slate. New fascia
boards to be in a white upvc with new white upvc guttering and
downpipes.
WINDOWS/DOORS: New windows and doors to dwelling as indicated
and to new garage to be in a white upvc. All units to receive double
glazed units.
