This decision hereby approved relates to the drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, SUPPORTING STATEMENT FROM THE AGENT (07.11.2025), LOCATION PLAN, EXISTING SITE PLAN, APPROVED SITE PLAN, APPROVED GROUND FLOOR PLAN, APPROVED FIRST FLOOR PLAN, APPROVED ROOF PLAN, APPROVED SECTION, APPROVED RIGHT ELEVATION B, APPROVED LEFT ELEVATION B, APPROVED FRONT ELEVATION B, APPROVED REAR ELEVATION B, PROPOSED FRONT ELEVATION, PROPOSED REAR ELEVATION, and PROPOSED GROUND FLOOR PLAN, all recorded as being electronically received between 06.10.2025, 15.10.2025, 17.10.2025 and 07.11.2025. NOTE This decision relates only to: a. The alteration of the size of the approved front kitchen window on the principal elevation. b. The alteration of the size of the approved rear patio door. c.
