Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is in relation to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions and 4700 Lift Plans and Elevations which was submitted on the 08/10/2025. NOTE In the instance of the submitted 4700 Lift Plans and Elevations and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 2 of application 22/00328/CON with the understanding that the lift and enclosure shall be installed in accordance with the approved details.
